Who we are

Kempt is a personal life organization app currently in development. This website and the kempt brand are operated by Carla Esono Ballesteros, based in Spain. For anything related to your data, write to thekemptapp@gmail.com.

What we collect

One thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form. That's it. We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind on this site.

Why we collect it

To send you one email when Kempt launches. We won't add you to a newsletter, share your address with anyone, or use it for anything else. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

Where it's stored

The form is processed by Formspree, a US-based service that handles form submissions on our behalf, and this site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, they may briefly process technical data (such as your IP address) in server logs to deliver the site securely.

How long we keep it

Until we send the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. After launch, the waitlist is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete your email address, or to withdraw your consent. Just write to thekemptapp@gmail.com and it will be handled within 30 days. If you're in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Changes

If the app launches with new features that involve data, this policy will be replaced by a full one before you're asked to use them. Any changes will be posted on this page.
